Not coming urine from eight hours
If you drink enough water, you usually get urine from 30 minutes to 4 hours intervals. But if you have not had urine for 8 consecutive hours, then this may be a symptoms of dehydration.
Dark yellow color of urine
After several medicines, the urine becomes yellow in color. But if you do not consume medicines, that is, even in normal conditions, the color of your urine is dark yellow, smelly or has a very small amount of urine, it can also be a symptoms of dehydration.
Sudden dizziness and darkness
When dehydration level increases a person may have a sudden dizziness, dark eyes before eyes or severe headaches. In such a situation, as soon as possible, the person should give lemonade, coconut water, buttermilk, etc. instead of water.
Lip splitting and skin rigidity
Due to dehydration the lack of water in the body, the skin of the person becomes rigid and the lip starts bursting. i.e, the rupture of the lips or the white lines on the skin can be a sign of dehydration. Many times the skin also redness on the skin.
Due to lack of water in the body, headaches can also occur. In most patients of headache dehydration problem is found. The brain is in a type of fluid membrane, it helps to keep the scalp quiet. If the amount of fluid is reduced due to lack of water in this membrane, it starts to cause headaches and other problems.
