Milk 1/2 Cup (120ml)
A little bit of raw turmeric 1 teaspoon
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 pinch of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
To make turmeric milk, simply mix all ingredients in a small saucepan or pot and boil. Reduce the flame of the burner and boil it for about 10 minutes or until it becomes scented and fragrant. After cooling down, filter in the glass. Take a pinch of cinnamon from the top and mix it.
